Bristol Motor Speedway V.I.P. Experience Auction

The Sadler Foundation is pleased to announce Bristol Motor Speedway V.I.P. Experience Auction: Two (2) VIP Luxury Suite Tickets and a Private Meet and Greet at Bristol Motor Speedway. Auction Starts on June 19th
 
It’s not everyday that NASCAR fans have the opportunity to visit with one of their favorite racecar drivers at his motorcoach before watching the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race later that night in his private luxury suite. This August race fans will have the opportunity to do just that. Beginning on June 19, 2008, the Hermie and Elliott Sadler Foundation will offer race fans the ultimate Bristol Motor Speedway experience.
 
“Bristol is my favorite track. If you’re an Elliott Sadler fan you know that. This past spring I hosted two auction winners in my suite at Bristol Motor Speedway and hosted them in my bus for a meet and greet before the race. I’m excited to say we’re able to do that again this fall for the night race at Bristol. This is the best sporting event of the year! I am honored that the Sadler fans support the Hermie and Elliott Sadler Foundation in such a big way.”
 
“We had a lot of success last year with our monthly auctions at SadlerFoundation.org. We offered a lot of opportunities the fans would never have a chance to do while raising money for some great causes. If I could have chosen any package out there for us to offer, it would have been a trip to Bristol Motor Speedway. Thanks to all of our friends at Bristol and our folks at the Hermie and Elliott Sadler Foundation we’ve been able to make it a reality.”
 
This package includes:
 
1. A private meet and greet with Elliott at Elliott’s private motorcoach.

2. Two luxury suite tickets in Elliott Sadler’s private suite, located high above Bristol Motor Speedway for the August 23rd Cup Race.

3. Two luxury suite tickets to the Bristol Nationwide Series Race that Friday night.  Elliott will also be driving in the Bristol Nationwide Race.
 
Travel costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winning bidder. The Sadler Foundation will supply official package details and communications to the winner upon auction close.
 
This auction ends on July 5th at 8pm E.T.
